To join this RP you must:
1. Read the "Full Setting Description" Thread
2. Read the "Rules and Uniforms" thread.
3. Make a bio with the exact format found in the thread. You can just copy and paste it and fill it out. Also, a new policy is to put a :) in somewhere so I know you read the rules and a :D so I know you read the setting.
