Well for i was thinking of setting it up so the two trauma babs (Sasuke and Naruto) are the ones having to be close. One starts to wet the bed and blames the other , trying to humiliate and keep control while trying to cover their own diaper needs.

A pretend life and only they can really see who they are huh, maybe, they both get a little to into it?

careful what you wish for then huh. My other idea was to send them on a long form undercover mission to either somewhere snowy or rainy where they'd have to keep up a pretend life.

All I had in my naruto bag that I haven't used yet was. Sakura and Naruto are escorting a supposed wishing rock to another village that paid for secure escort. We come in after an intense battle and Naruto whines that if Sasuke had been there to help, it would have gone much faster. Sakura tell Naruto "he's not your nanny" etc etc. Naruto replies with "yeah I wish" etc etc. And Naruto passes out and wakes up in a world where Sasuke is his caretaker.

well was thinking about a what if situation. As in what if a lot of the set up didn't happen , we get an idealised hidden leaf where the ninja are not as battle scarred but a lot softer and aren't trained as hard since there's a generation above to look after them. Leaving them a lot more immature and babyish than the series has them
