Try to get enough sleep so that you can concentrate when you take a final exam. If you don't then there is a chance that you might put down the wrong answer to a question even though you know what is the correct answer, thus throwing away all that time which you spent studying hard. I used to cram "in the last minute" for finals on classes that were not related to my major field of study (e.g. "Required courses"), get only a two or three hours of sleep and then drag my ass into class for those finals only to score below my expectations - I was young and didn't care about doing too well in my required courses. I only concentrated on my major course work, in which I excelled. Don't make the same mistake I did.
