Wow, thats short for a short anime.
But since you said yes to Soul Eater heres my idea
Maka/Tsubaki have been kidnapped by Lady Arachne (or if you wanna do Eruka she discovered her presence, although this is a pic so it shouldn't matter much what ever happened, just who's there) so it features the girl diapered and dressed in humiliating baby cloths bound up in some way (weather it be those hand thingy's that hold your arms straight up, or maybe in chains or just plain stuck to her web) and Lady Arachne is teasing them about how its obvious their mission failed because they were just a baby

Black Lagoon reminds me DMC in a way and ya DMC had a anime that is about 12 episodes long. (Worth watching) and ya I seen Soul Eater (the whole series)

Out of the ones there I know, I get not liking Black Lagoon (it has an aquired taste to it) and I guess Attack On Titan is in the middle (personally I'd absolutly love it if the drawing style was different) and I love Blue Exorcist. (WHAT SIDE IS MEPHISTO ON?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!)
I didn't know dmc had an anime, and I've never watched Needless nor Rosario+Vampire
What about Soul Eater? Ever watch that?

I know a lot so I will list down the ones I resentfully watched to the ones I love. Needless, Black Lagoon, Attack on Titan, Blue Exorcist, Devil May Cry, and Rosario + Vampire.
