I like the first Scenario but I rather have him forced into taking the pill... and maybe it could be a pill that turns everyone to girls?

Here we go.
Scenario 1.
Your character, with some awfull past, would wander to some odd town in which everybody take special pill that make them really happy. They forgot all bad memories. But because of this, they are also incontinent and wear diapers. Some of them also act like babies for relax. Your character would join that town, forget everything what happened and become part of town.
Scenario 2.
Your character would be already inhabitant of that town and decides to leave it cause you don't wanna take that pills and be free person. After some time you would be out of town, my character would offer you home and you will live with her/him. But cause of pills you are incontinent. And you become addicted to them so you still take them to feel better.
