Hmm, how about Dawn is secretly into abdl until her mom discovers her stash before she gets home, and when she does she goes about it until she finds her room converted into a nursery. And to get started her mom takes her shopping for diapers that Dawn will then have to wear and use full time.

I think that Madeline should be the one to send an invite to Celestia first, in which she could maybe bring her along to help set up the party, in which as well, the invitations to Sugarcoat and Fluttershy comes along right after Celestia and Madeline sets up the special party and get everything going. Even they could also have some fun time as well.
