Yes. I’d like her turned in and maybe Tokoyami is the only one who really puts up with her/is willing to help her now that she’s trapped in this body. Maybe they start growing to like each other through that?

k. I just realized, so we want to have Toga turned in? I realize holding her hostage is kinda odd for Tokoyami.
But if we just have them grow to like each other we can work it that way I guess.

She does it while they’re in the alleyway, harassing that person and drinking their blood without knowing they have a diaper on. Maybe she cuts their cheek or something before they flee the alleyway and then drinks the blood, only to find she’s now diapered?
