Anyway nice cartoon levels of over protectiveness and mothering it is then... Would you wanna start this soon after the season 1 premier ? We can even justify Luna being in diapers rather easy and from the start as from a thousand years without food or water would surely have made her potty training basically be gone from not having had anything other then magic sustaining her …

Yes, I know what you mean about the "Nightmare force", I'm knowledgeable in that certain part of the comics.

Personally I'd also like to go with the more cartoonish route because it seems like the most fun to roleplay.

I asked on the comic matter as the cartoon has referenced the comics at time and some comics are confirmed as canon to the cartoon... Also some comic matters would change things on how we'd do the concept for example a concept in the comics is a thing called the ''Nightmare force'' which basically is a symbiotic parasitic entity that exists which prays upon beings with strong enough insecurities of beings and will attach itself to others that it detects strong enough insecurities which was what in the comics caused Luna to be Nightmare Moon and even caused Rarity to for abit be ''Nightmare Rarity'' which in the cartoon we hadn't had anything that contradicts the ''nightmare force'' matter infact what we have gotten only has strengthened the concept as possibly being a thing in what turned Luna into Nightmare Moon

Oh and its confirmed that next year IDW is making a season 10 of MLP;FIM in comic form much like how other Ip's after a run on tv gets continued in comic form

Anyway how far we talking of the overprotective/motherly aspect here of Celestia? I mean we going like cartoonish overboard protective/motherly or something more grounded? Personally I'd prefer the more cartoonish route because you know Luna being banished for a thousand years would mean Celestia would not want to lose Luna again aswell as I could see Celestia blaming herself for Luna having turned into Nightmare Moon
