Yeah, very true. I worked in food service before so I understand.

its got good food. the prices are a little high though. You used to be able to get a mound of food on some of the items on the menu before the owner cut the portions in half and raised prices. We have a Pulled pork platter that used to get like 10 oz of pulled pork on it. then he got a wild hair up his rear end and went on a rant about "Portion control" and "food cost" saying that "too much food is going out and costing him money" all because of customers throwing away about half the meal because they got full. if you ask me, it was just fine as is. I mean, you own a restaurant dude, people are going to waste food. Thats how people are. Know what i mean?

It's a restaurant. Well, a smokehouse and grill. So we serve a lot of meat. and we are open tue- sat and have a buffet everyday we are open
