Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.

The main plot change is that their is a post game episode called 'Rainbow Rocket' where Giovanni has reformed TR with all of the past villains and take over the Aether Paradise. And I was mainly focusing on just Gladion for this one.

A few things first. 1. I'm travelling this week so I won't be able to reply as much as I normally do, 2. I have yet to finish ultra sun/ultra moon but from what I understand its mostly the same thing as s/m, are there any plot or character changes I should be aware of? 3. Could also have Lillie be kidnapped with Gladion?
