Hmm, Spike or Apple Bloom could be fun. Depending on which one, things could turn out kinda differently. We can figure it out when we get there.
That all sounds fine. Braeburn visiting Mac probably makes more sense, and makes it easier to include characters.
Just want to clarify what you mean by anthro, just so we're both on the same page as far as characters look.

I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps they get caught by Spike, or maybe a family member, like Apple Bloom or Babs Seed.
How about we start with them already established that they both like to play baby, and with Braeburn or Mac visiting the other.

Hmm, I like the idea of them having to sneak around and keep the diaper stuff hidden, so I think them getting caught is a good progression. Not sure who by though.
The rest of that stuff should be fine. I'll let you know if anything crops up that I'm not cool with.
So how do you think it should start out? Maybe one of them stumbles in on the other playing baby?

You can play as Braeburn, might be fun getting these two in diaper shenanigans. Would they eventually be found out by somepony?
But play like spankings obviously, and simply just big jiggly booties. And foot play like foot jobs, and well I do find it cute when adult babies play with their feet like how real babies play with them. So some foot licking and toe suckling, that kinda stuff. Buts it’s cool if you’re not into that stuff
