Well I have a few ideas:
1) a 17 year old girl is trained by her friend to become a warrior but when the teenage girl starts to act up she decides that if she wants to act like a child she will be treated like one
2) a young demoness is caught by a woman who is a demon hunter but realizes that this demon girl couldnt harm anyone and she decides to baby her instead on banishing her.
3) also had like an idea where a girl in sentenced to have a parental figure after commiting a crime and has to endure things that a baby would.
I also have others if those dont peak your interest

I see your style of rp's, and I believe I must disappoint you. I do not really like boys in the sub role. And your idea of simple punishment leaves little room for development.

Well I have a whole lot of ideas
I was thinking one about a girl who moves into a house and finds it is haunted by a young boy and she befriends the little boy. You can play a girl or a woman if youd like.
I also have the idea of a demon hunter that is tracking demons and runs into a michivious little demon boy who is quite a grat but the demon hunter is able to tame him and she puts him in diapers
