toshiro never takes breaks nor dose he evan leave his office if he can help it
Rangiku sees this and tells Retsu uhona as sq 4 is incharge of the medical who writes letter to head captain and they deside he needs a mandatory vaction
Toshiro not realy knowing how to react puts rangiku incharge
its pretty bland but its simmple and realistic sorta
