Again different English va's a person might have know the characters from the start so it can cause someone to stumble in error no matter how long the current va cast has been doing the work because people had been used to a different va having done the voice and in the credits when they first watched something

Well its somewhat easy enough to Separate VA's from a work when you are talking English VA's as well they are easily replaced atleast when compared to say Japanese VA's as English VA's aren't as respected as the VA's in Japan... hell its been a common enough practice to even write out a character or regulate them to a none speaking role or some other type of thing if the VA over there dies or something thing happens to them or they retire so long as the matter can be done...

While also in general its not easy for people to separate Art from the artist when its in acting type of media of entertainment for most people … Doesn't help either that the English VA's like Chris and Sean has shown utter contempt for most anymore and a lot of these current DB English Va's are so wide spread in dubbed anime its hard to get into something when you know what is up aswell as how some people can't separate some Va's voice with a character

Manga is also a hard one to do as its done by one person... Comics on the other hand is way easer as the writers and artists change pretty fast in general

Considering Chris has done these 3 since the 90s I don't see how.

I've basically learned to separate va's from there work. Just like how I don't let what the author of Ruroni Kenshin did effect my love for that series.

Partially wrong as that is the first DBZ English Dub … And Besides Funimation and Ocean dub you Also have a dub done by some company going by AB Groupe ...While heres the first DB franchise English dub it was done by Harmony Gold and it was a Dragon Ball dub heres why myself and others stumble so much the English dubbing of the DB Franchise as a whole has went through afew different groups … Then if you add the fact DBZ Kai had new English VA's for Characters aswell and its mainly just DBZ more or less well that makes the English VA mess even bigger of a one...

The first English dub was a Canadian dub known as the Ocean Dub.

Not if you want to get technical as Funimation had worked with the group that did the older English dub of the Dragon Ball Franchise but even if you don't want to get technical Its still something that can trip people up easy enough when there are multiple Dubs of the same thing out there even more so if you had involved in one version to a set degree before the other version came about … So a person can easy enough make a error in statement like what I had in the Yamacha matter for example

Chris has always played Vegeta, Yamcha and Piccolo in the funimation dub.

Well heres where I can get confused as the DB Franchise has had varies English dubs over the years and thus a lot of varies Va's have voiced the same character in Yamacha case Hes had two other English VAs besides Chris and I was thinking of a different VA that did him do to varies factors really that's one problem English dubbed Anime used to have a big problem with was how Va's would get changed often for one reason or another
