Sadly no ice packs, or ice for that matter. I could do a hot shower or a bath even but I have to wait til my dad gets his shower cause I usually prefer a longer shower or bath.

Do you have an ice pack? Maybe even a hot shower might help a little bit.. And yes, 16 hours but thankfully they only needed me for visitation, so all i really had to do was greet people and sign them in. I just needed to catch up on a little sleep, I hope they don't have me do it again next weekend, though.

I can't as I have laundry to do and stuff. I just hate that even sleeping didn't help me at all. I have no pain medication and no money to get more and a massive headache spanning my neck, head and back. It's freakin' wonderful. Ouch. A 16 hour day? Gosh that's terrible sweetie. Of the two of us I feel that you need the rest more. I can't do that stuff anymore.

They made me do a 16 hour day on sunday so I haven't really been able to sleep. You should go rest if you still aren't feeling good :c

Sleep is always important. I ended up taking a short nap because I wasn't feeling good earlier. I'm fairly certain I feel worse now. T.T
