Yes I have. I have 3 different ideas to do an RP about. Take your pick:
-AU Silver Millennium, in which Beryl was defeated before she could destroy the Moon Kingdom. Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion are free to be together without rebirth but Serenity was hurt in the battle and needs to be diapered.
-Series canon (the present) in which, due to the feeling of stress being piled on, Serena starts bedwetting again and needs to be diapered by her family. This also includes Serena eventually confessing her secret to them.
-Crystal Tokyo, in which Rini starts bedwetting again and needs diapering.

Pardon, but did you say Sailor Moon? You have piqued my interest.

I've got quite a few ideas that I'd like to do, some I have done before in another form, admittedly, but I'd like to take another crack at to see if I can perfect them. Anyways, here they are:

-Disney's Hercules: Herc's birth parents, Hera and Zeus, get the chance to care for their son, either in an AU beginning in which Hades' kidnapping plot completely backfires, or AU ending in which Meg is allowed to live on Olympus with Herc.
-X-over of Hayao Miyazaki's film Nausicaa Of The Valley Of The Wind with Terminator 2: Judgment Day.
-Sailor Moon RP: Either AU Silver Millennium where the Moon Kingdom was never destroyed, and Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion can live together in peace without danger, but a need for Serenity to be diapered, set in canon where Serena starts bedwetting again and needs diapers, or Crystal Tokyo where Rini needs diapers.
-Final Fantasy 7/10/10-2/12/13 RP, details to be hammered out based on preference.
