Aiko is Ren's maid and does her part to keep her mistress happy. She chooses to wear diapers for a number of reasons, like getting more work done since she doesn't need to use a toilet. She has an average build for her height, with red hair, green eyes and her usual attire is her maid uniform.

Ren was a typical mistress however she did reward those who were good and she has to wear and use diapers thanks to a horrible car accident that happened when she was little.
Ren has blue eyes slim athletic build and dyes her hair green and usually wears business skirts
