To me the evolution makes more sense then some drug jumpstarting a new sequence in the Apes as that's not how drugs works. Its natural selection that allows new gene sequences or reversals/genetic throwbacks that can become dominant after all that , the only really proven none natural genetic work is both gene splicing and selective breeding. So yeah just saying is all as that was my first dislike of the new one followed by several more as it went along but I still like the new films. Now if this was more Sci-fi film I could get behind a drug doing that but its set more or less in modern times without much sci-fi

I do admit the old movies had there share of problems but at the very least its established early on they're more or less Sci-fi in comparison to the new ones.

Not trying to argue just giving my piont of view on discussion of the films as you seem reasonable on this unlike alot of other fans of the old and new ones that are at each others throats on which is better , when to me I can see both as having flaws and both having good points.

Ok can you make it please ? I like the new ones and they are working on a new trilogy of them. The new ones are just kind of a setup to it and I have to say it makes more sense than the evolution stuff in the originals

I have the new movies are good just far too much away from the source book or hell even the old first movie for my tastes to get that into them . Not saying its nostalgia but rather personal tastes and what media types I like more.

With little to no real appeal it'd likely die quickly besides if you never have seen the old 1968 film its revealed even humans in that point can talk albeit generally clunky(if I recall right that is) on those who do though another old movie in the series also showed humans in ruins talking fine so it could be played out as most humans don't get a cjhance to learn it and thus we could still somewhat do your plan but it'd need minor tweaking like say for example the Ape took pity on a human child it found and use some excuse of ''studying '' the human in an Ape envirement and raised like a Ape to see the outcomes end result when in fact its just a ape taking pity on the human girl and raising her as his or her own. It'd just be like a excuse to study to keep the child and such aswell as keep from trouble

Well it would be a little similar to the 2001 version except without all the time travel and humans not speaking around apes. Basically an ape would adopt a human girl who recently lost her parents and raise her as her own
