I like the idea of it being more forced so, after he returns. Definitely. I'm sure you would prefer it to remain clean but what about things like laxatives in his food or large amounts of liquid so he's less able to hold it in.

Well in the pokemon scenario I would prefer to be the little one just because I prefer to play male characters and well I feel your idea would work better since the trainer usually only has a mom around.
