Well, I could see something like that. However, I think a threat to call the police for trespassing isn't really a threatening enough punishment that would get her to willingly submit to babying and any other NSFW type elements that get worked in.
Perhaps we up the girl's original crime so that it's incredibly important that she follows the woman's rules. Perhaps the girl breaks into her house in an attempt to rob her, and the mistress catches her?

That I did say. Now kari came up with a good plot point. a highschool student is going to be late since she missed the bus and goes to cut through a few yards but someone catches her and threatens to call the cops...unless she comes back after school everyday for a month (but turns in to more than that) does this sound good? that woman who threatens her happens to be a dominatrix and such. I think this sounds like a good idea ^^
