Hmmm, then I might have a compromise.
How about something similar except involving two teams of two.
One boy and one girl on each team, and they are stranded on two islands. They meet up with the other team once a day, compete in challenges, and the winning team gets supplies, and the losing team ends up in unpleasent situations.

Oh..Uh, I'm not so sure. I usually only do two at the very very max. It's hard to create a good relationship with too many I've found.

Well, the basic concept is that two teams compete in challenges, and the losing teams votes a member off. Eventually the teams merge, and the last man/woman standing wins money.
