Ah... He dresses like a Kingdom Hearts Organization XIII member sometimes. He's cold-hearted (like kick-a-puppy coldhearted). He has shoulder length gray hair... and I plan on bringing him into or around the dorm somehow. That's about it.
Oh, and when (or if) I get Sam and Seto to concentrate together, have the charm vanish from him. So Sam can have his powers and age and what have you.

Lemme think. Pause = Leader of the Fakers. Followed Cecilia to the dorm. Took Sam's pendant. General notes- can control time, but only in a limited area. Talks like a Brit, calls Cecilia "little bird". He's in an abandoned mall with Cecilia now.
