Take it from a long time insomniac - Don't worry about it. I've had nights where I got one to two hours of sleep and sometimes even zero hours of sleep. Eventually, your body will readjust its internal Circadian clock and it will get the rest that it needs. If you feel that the readjustment process is taking too long a period, you can try OTC remedies like Melatonin supplements but I would only try that out ONLY IF you strongly feel that your body is not getting the rest it needs in a fast enough time frame. If the Melatonin doesn't work, there are prescription options but you must be VERY CAREFUL about those kind of prescribed drugs because of the possibility of forming "dependencies" (aka "addiction") to the drugs - I've tried Lunesta and it didn't work for me. After taking one pill each night, I would sleep for four hours and then wake up in the middle of the night but couldn't get back to sleep afterwards. My doctor then suggested that I try Ambien CR (Controlled Release) but when I read about its horrible side effects (Amnesia being one of the worst ones)->
http://www.drugs.com/sfx/ambien-cr-side-effects.html I decided not to take any more medication and just let things be. Eventually (Over two weeks off of Lunesta), my body tired out from lack of rest and readjusted its Circadian clock. I hope this helps you.
