Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Well...unless if Rocky can find something with a pipe-like structure to control the water flow, then yes...this could work.

Okay. I can see how Rubble can dig up some trenches to further help drain out the flood waters but how will Rocky have any time to make anything "On the fly" while he's busy opening the sea gates? Shouldn't he be of better help by building up the barriers with tetrapods instead with his tugboat (Has a claw)? Also, shouldn't heavy lifting and loading (e.g. Tetrapods onto a vehicle) be more of Rubble's specialty than of Rocky's?

Yeah. I'm thinking Rubble will dig up some trenches to get the excess water not flood and have Rocky make something that could get those trenches in check.

I understand how you might want to have Rocky open the sea gates to drain out the excess flood waters but first I thought that we would have Rocky go back to the docks to pick up some more tetrapods to continue building up the barriers once the foundation for the barriers have been formed. After all, doesn't Rubble have a part to play in Ryder's plan?
