I see. In that case, mind if I take Dawn as the traveling companion? She likely wouldn't replace Lillie in the story (unless you dislike Lillie or something) but she'd be traveling with Moon.

I don't actually read it, but when I'm playing with actual game characters, I tend to use Adventures as my basis. Like Yellow is an interesting character because she actually can telepathically communicate with, and heal, Pokemon.
I wouldn't ask that you take over all trials, that's a lot of stuff to do after all. I guess my favorite companion has to either be Misty, May, or Dawn. As a kid I watched the Pokemon the shows the most up until Battle Frontier, and Gen 4 is the Pokemon games I played the most out of the whole series

In that case, I'll play the traveling companion(s) primarily. For trials and such, I'll take over as those too, obviously! Who would you prefer travel with her then?

I think I would like Moon in that case, I like her a lot as a character as if you look into her Adventures character, which is the most Canon we can get out if our game protagonists, she's actually really intelligent as a pharmacist, and she favors poison types which aren't exactly common
