Just be known that it's a long read to read all of it and having a clean diaper wouldn't hurt when you go. I've experienced a bad diaper rash the time I read it.

It's not a book that anyone is given. It's possible for anyone to look at it and read it, but no one is allowed to possess it. ( If you know what the series Charmed is, then it's guarded stricker than their book. )

Magic is a great tool and convenience to use and in the wrong person's hands, it could be very very dangerous. So that's why a book was made and filled up with all rules and regulations for the usage of magic. You saw how easy it was for me to cut the air and make this dimension after all, if I focus my magic with an intent to kill or destroy, then I would do things and quite literally get a way with murder. That book keeps balance of the world's magic and as a precaution for breaking a rule or doing one of the wrong things, then follow rheir instructions so you won't be either killed or at the least, have your magic taken away on top of removing your ability to use magic all together.

I'm pretty much safe then. I read the laws of magic handbook...it was a lot of pages but what one shouldn't do was only on a few pages as they were important. And making pocket dimensions wasn't on that list. Did they update the book or something again?

Well magic isn't in the mortal realm. They normally rely on science and fact. With how magic is to them, it's considered slight of hand or a trick. And true magic is impossible. When it comes to the Universe, that is something that's infinite in it's possibilities. So I doubt it is. I've never been punished for creating pocket dimensions before, but then again, I do not just make one and then leave it alone to where things get out of hand. Think of it like a campfire, if you don't watch it and put it out once you're done...you will be punished for burning down the trees and killing innocent animals.
