Are you kidding? "Kill La Kill" was a very popular series (At least here anyway)! I enjoy some long running series (e.g. Inuyasha) as long as I don't miss too many episodes in between (Otherwise it gets hard to piece together the entire story arc with the stuff that I missed).
I'm not really a fan of JRPGs (The battle systems are not realistic enough for my liking and the characters are too small, though cute, when a player is traveling on a map - Also, in a real battle, combatants don't take turns attacking one another or pause to select their attack) though I have played Turn-based tactical games like Star Wars:KOTOR, SW:KOTOR II and Turn-based strategy games (Like Star Trek: Birth of The Federation) in the past (Mainly because I'm a fan of Star Wars and Star Trek). I'm more into FPS, FPP adventure games, some puzzle games (Like
Machinarium), some simulation games (Like
Goat Simulator) and Eroges (aka H-Games - I won't list them since you'll probably be offended by some of the "Sexist" themes. There are some good yuri [Girl on girl] titles that I enjoy like
Demon Master Chris ["Chris" is a girl] - It actually has a dungeon that you can "navigate" and encounter and "fight" various demon girls).
Well, all I can say about the reactions that you're getting is that on the flip side, those peeps probably are not into the stuff that you would like to RP in. So whenever you get an annoyed reaction like "Why would you never watch it?", you can counter by asking them about the stuff you would prefer to RP in and if those peeps react in the same fashion as you did towards the stuff that they liked then you can say to them "See? Shoe's on the other foot!". Afterwards, you could try to then discuss other anime that you both would like to RP in and the two of you could then try to come to some common ground to RP in, otherwise you can tell them: "
Hasta la vista, Baby!"
No. Other than from you (Seven VMs ago), I haven't heard of "Fate" before.
