Hmm...how about a lab setting where all sorts of experiments are done on my character to make her more baby like but I happen to escape from it after some time and she has to do her best to make it by in normal life?

Okay, now I think that we could pick from a few settings with that. A automated nursery, A more slice of life setting where my character has to deal with the embarrassing things, or some kind of odd lab where my character is tested. Of course, feel free to offer ideas if you have any. Oh, and I just so you know that I don't mind sexual stuff. I may not be that good at it, but I'm open to it if you want to do that a bit.

Galatea has always in some form harbored a desire to keep Kara safe perhaps a motherly instinct from her being a older version of Kara or a need felt do to Kara being the source of her genetics but she had been bitter for Kara was free unlike her yet now without Cadmus holding her and none commands blaring in her ear or head and no chip to worry about she can make her path and starts at first trying to guide Kara and works up to a motherly status

While my take on the DCAU Kara as its sorta never stated if she was purely frozen or put in statis/suspended animation and how she is so childish I have a headcanon that the DCAU version of her is a kid in a teenagers body-Think of the original thundercats cartoon take on Lion-O for rough ideal of what I'm going for here- and so she has abit of a habit of screwing around with her powers on the world like they are toys or something like that which results in Galatea taking Kara in as not just a sidekick but as her own girl for its clear Kara needs parenting and for most humans it'd be hard to properly parent Kara.

Also yes padding and babying I have in mind with Kara some starts unwilling but she ends up liking it

Right. So, I tend to hold them in modern settings with the character losing their potty training quickly on via some kind of 'magical' means such as magic or hypnosis or a drug. I enjoy when it's pointed out that my character needs to wear diapers and how they shouldn't be.

Anyway I'm big on Kara-zor-el or atleast the DCAU equivalent of her and the DCAU mostly original character Galatea and I know this sounds weird but I have found a fondness for Kara to be a little girl to Galatea with Galatea being a parent to Kara, I have afew plot ideals on how Galatea ends up being a parent to Kara if you wanna here them
