Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Okay. If it's all the same I'd prefer that she's unused to relieving herself period (dragons don't normally need to do that) as opposed to just not being familiar with the different signals of her human form. I think the confusion and fish-out-of-water experience is fun.
Makes sense. She probably isn't usually in human form long enough to need to relieve herself, or still doesn't need to relieve herself in human form as long as she has her magic.
The adventurer has figured out (or at least suspects) that she's actually the dragon and decides to capture her when she comes to collect.
Sounds good. Perhaps she comes to the village in human form regularly to collect, pretending to be an emissary of the dragon. Lull people into a false sense of security, and the like. Also will mean people might not realize her situation and just see an incontinent girl being taken care of.
Okay, then my character sets up some trap by offering something as tribute that the dragon needs to come into the village for, which requires her to shift into a human form in order to fit. And that's when she puts the bindings on her.
Demand tribute in the form of money(and maybe virgins for other purposes >.>) mostly, probably. Eat people who might pose a threat to her hold on the surrounding area.
