It's a mix of a racial ability and a feat that reduces them down to a free action. You can still reload as a free action for a heavy crossbow if you take the crossbow mastery feat for it, but that will involve some effort to get it.

Not to damage unless you have a feat or something that lets you add your dex to the damage.

Where did the +2 modifier come from for your crossbow damage?

Howdy. Don't think we've talked before but I saw your thread about D&D w/ Diapers.

Big fan of both things of course. I'd adore to play sometime if you ever start a new group.

Will it never broke out in a fight, it was just arguing. The story would be that when Auglyth was a child, a teenage human female who was called Ganti came into her village and settled down there. While almost everyone there, while they were fine with letting her stay as long as she caused no problems, didn't pay any attention to her, Auglyth was the only one who was interested with her and interacted with her. Ganti, who was a wilder herself, was the one who realized Auglyth's latent psionic nature and helped her not only awaken it but train her in a more study-focused style that elves love of psionics that psions are.

As the years passed on, Auglyth became all to used too quickly to Ganti growing old right in front of her eyes. Auglyth tried her best to slow down her aging as much as she could, but considering that she was still learning her power that turned out to be nothing. When Ganti died of old age, Auglyth implored the elders and all those who could have done anything about it to let Ganti have all the elvish rates done to her out of respect. They all refused, claiming that Ganti wasn't an elf and while sad that she did past on, that doesn't entitle her to the rites that were to be done only for elves or those that deeply helped the elves. Auglyth then threw an upset rant to the elders about how they were just prideful and didn't want to treat non-elves like they would want to be treated by them, to which the elders responded that Auglyth was still a child so what would she know about that or anything else.

Auglyth lived in the village for a little longer after that, but soon her mindset of the elves she had grown up with caring little for the good of anyone other than themselves overwhelmed her. She then left the village without telling anyone, and once on her journey made her psycrystal to rid herself of the elvish ideals she had grown up with...finding them a curse.

I suppose that it would count if it is from some of the more notable people from her village. It would involve her having a bit of a conflict with them.

Auglyth's full backstory will only be helpful if the group heads to her elven homeland and home village later on so I'll be willing to tell you it if you think that we might be going there.

Nah its fine, wondering about stuff with some of our dubious response rates/timings is reasonable.
