More or less you are correct for its basically a powerful illusionary ability that fools people into believing instead of seeing a teenager body in Rukias case they are seeing a baby and when Rukia talks its head as baby talk from a another sensory illusion to others .

Also so you know I think any time after Aizans defeat is nice to do but I want to do sometime after Ginjo was taken out but before the next arc as I have yet to read the manga no matter how much I'm tempted. Perhaps we could even have some Fullbringerss and some filler aswell as bleach movie character and game character appear for some reason. I want to implement some of the last three the most for I liked some of them and I was thinking one game character I know could be put in as the new leader of the Arrancar known as Arturo Plateado a Arrancar for they needed someone to fill in the power vacuum that formed aswell as restore order

Works for me and shall the timeline in this be before or after the fullbringer arc? If Before a rough ideal when you'd like it even if its AU sorta would be nice, I need that data for how to go about the rp later on . I also am wondering if you don't mind if the Arrancar has powers to conceal Rukias true look and make her seem/look younger when she takes Rukia out just encase anyone she knows comes around?

I'm thinking we could do already captured ,perhaps she was knocked out before realizing a Arrancar was nearby from the Arrancar suppressing its energy,sound good to you?. Also is it okay with you if the Arrancar is either neutral on where she stands in regards to Soul Reapers and most of her kind or a ally to the resident spiritually aware? I have a ideal that the Arrancar doesn't kill or absorb others for power/substance rather she steals energy and weakens them for what she needs do to her special Arrancar ability or the like and she enjoys babying the vitcims before releasing them at a point.
