I cant do the premade characters i am sorry. Most of mine are usually made around me. Most of the ones that i come up with come from the heart. If your looking for that then i can do that. If your looking for some one to do that with you then i am sorry i am not your guy.

That is acctually the best scenario that i have heard in a long time. So I normally ask this because of the person that has the diapered character. Do you want everything baby related or certain parts. And this one is specifcally because she is a tomboy Do you want her to have blue in the color pallet or more girly colors like reds and purples.

So i am guessing in essence of what you have told me. She is a tomboy. The only thing that i am concerned is how should she get into the trouble to warrent a forced diapering. Common things are stealing or theft in younger ones usually because they become attracted to objects. Fighting is also common but wouldnt warrent a diapering.
