It'll make more sense than my character somehow being strong enough to carry a girl her own age around. I can definitely work that in.

Hm...well, my character would probably start off just wanting your character out of the way, but an odd mix of wanting to rub it in and some human decency would probably cause her to change her focus from humiliating your character and getting her out of the picture to rendering your character helpless and dependent upon mine. So I'd start out as an antagonist that eventually decides to become a caretaker, albeit not for entirely pure reasons.

Starting things off, my character will probably try and make yours look incompetent and useless, including trying to drug her or make her have accidents on the job, and then start to move into the heavier stuff when she decides "adopting" her rival sounds more fun.

Yeah, my roommates all smoke pot, so I've gotten pretty used to not being that bothered by someone mentioning being stoned. I trust you to know what you're doing.

I like the hospital idea, although for gender I think both girls would probably be best, the medical fetish just sorta clashes with feminization to me for some reason.

Well, I'd certainly like to hear your ideas so I can help out there.
