Too bad it can't be a reality yet. I think that you would do well with such a RP. You could have Motoko accidentally (Via a hospital mix-up) or purposefully (Maybe she gets tricked by an female enemy who wants a baby girl) get swapped into a toddler girl's body (You'll need to be imaginative)! Go for it!
