Kara comes to the World High School and builds her own 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and lives there by herself until someone tries to make her a territory of their country but she doesn't let anyone in until someone finds out on her secret, she wears and uses diapers and may or may not blackmail her into submission.

History: Founded in 1600 by pirates wanting to live free of government rule this nation was founded and became a haven for pirates to disappear to when the heat became too hot. This country was peace less as the years went by and the pirates became a military for the Island nation, the pirates called the Island La Isla de Libertad (the island of Liberty) where a man could do as he pleased. The government that became a military dictatorship than took control and made the island a fortress. As a single mountain geographically dominates the terrain an elaborate multi story city was built in and around the mountain where the military was housed in the mountain. Weapon placements were added and the Island was avoided for years to come. Liberty Island stayed of world matters until the Spanish American war started and Liberty added its strength to Cuba firmly entrenching itself as an ally to Cuba. From than on Liberty stayed out of world matters from than on staying out of world views and never once giving ground to foreign citizens or militaries.

I had an idea, in the Pokemon region of Kanto an orphanage and mental institution stand outside one of the larger towns. At the institute the majority of the patients are children, the rest are teens, the staff are all adults and they use pokemon like Hypno and Drowzee to soothe and calm the patients who must wear diapers full time. At the orphanage, the house mother uses her Hypno to control the children in her "care" she keeps them diaper dependent and thinking they are babies until they are adopted. You can choose which story to go with, but they are just my rp ideas.
