Her behavior fluctuated in the comics depending on what piont in her life she was in but in general, she tends to be chill in the comics, how to explain this better is she started out more of a morally grey heroine who had a more ruthless streak in dealing with the badguys, but mellowed out over the years to be generally chill and laid back even with the badguys. Granted I have my own spin on Jubilee where she is that but also cheerful among afew other things, like enjoying tech. Oh on a side note its canon Jubilee calls her mutant ability fireworks do to the sound it makes
So anyway if we go the game route I'd say some online gaming set up would be the best call for them to not at first be aware who the other is and when they arrange a meet up they likely atleast are aware of the others name/codename do to the type of work they are in and could be like ''Hey you're that girl that does that thing''

As for a Jubilee rundown ; how detailed do you want a rundown of her? If you want a brief rundown of her history its basically this ; She was orphaned when a hitman mistakenly killed her parents thinking they was his target because like the target they was rather well off family and of the same race (its implied the hitman was still new to the work to make a mistake because of those two factors) She run away from an orphanage and was living in a mall being a thief till her mutant powers awakened then she was using her powers to make money, afew things followed where she saved Wolverine and they bonded in a father-daughter kind of way. She jioned the X-men, She was depressed after the ''house of M'' storyline that in a nutshell she like many other mutants was depowered (she was among the few that loved being abnormal ) she had tech to join in heroing again while a baseline human, She was later turned into a vampire and then even later she was turned back to a human with her Mutant powers back . She also took in a baby at one piont but currently Marvel seems to ignore the fact she ever took in a child (which I plan to ignore the baby factor in the rp). She also at a point found out she had (if I recall right) a relative that no one was aware wasn't on the good side of the law till she was living with the woman and through afew advents not living with her. She also had a relationship with Tim Drake from that Marvel and DC crossover advents its been hinted at she never got over the feelings for him too. Sounds like a alright plan to me ,never really touched Gwenpool books so we can be on mostly even ground on this sort of ideal if you want to play her. Maybe her and Jubilee first interact via somekind of gaming deal to get to know each other over time and as things progress padding and the like come in ? or maybe go with Jubilee is already known for her acting and band days so she sought out someone who wants to know the real her? Or hell given its a thing where she has dyscalculia in the comics Qwenpool could be like a math tutor to Jubilee? Just kinda spitballing here is all currently as its a canon thing Jubilee is big into games, canon she was a actor and canon she was a part of a band at one time, aswell as canon she has dyscalculia so I thought why not spitball things .
What is Qwenpools skillset anyway and knowledge? I assume she is Gwen Stacy but I have barely touched gwenpool books as I have heard she is like deadpool and I never could get into Deadpool
Oh I am passionate about some of Marvels stuff X-men the biggest one, but seeing as you don't know as much on X-men females, humm we can toss varies names of franchises around we haven't done with each other to find something we both would be into doing about the same and about as knowledge if you want to try that route to find something we'd like to do.
