Hermione thanks to bullying starts to feel the affects of it in afew ways do to simply she has no real escape thanks to Hogwarts is a Boarding School like set up and well Professor McGonagall takes notice of Hermiones change in both performance and attitude maybe even her daily routine. Finding out after looking into it the cause is basically stress and emotional trouble brought on by the bullying, Which can result in Professor McGonagall trying some affection that could evolve into basically babying her do to how Hermione was improving and how stress levels in Hogwarts has to be a constantly rising thing for the students after Harry Potter started going with all the insanity each year.

Another is a simple one where if you are okay with pairing Hermione and Luna both do to getting bullied end up becoming friends and maybe even crushing on each other and Luna becoming the one diapered because of how almost childlike she can be seen at times
