wel as i said with being medical ninja there could be a hospital/prison for ninjas low sucrity wich is for petty crimes thives and such basicly any crime that isnt big theft littering lortering being too drunk in public as my charter is a thife so that open up one possiblityas well =) but ether way im ready to start

i do have a naruto oc but has quite a back ground story so il type it up

the mother was ninja she was forced to merry a samurai to end the fighting of 2 big clans in the north she uses most ninja wepons and a ansetral bow

the father was a pervert samurai basicly did as he wanted becuse he was noblemen and highst rank in the land of snow excludeing the king himself he is abusive and has 3 ansetral swords the 3 swords of the samurai but he evan was forced to merry it was kings will so evryone would stop fighting

both wepon sets were stolen by the child the bow and swords who was rightful hair to them anyways and ran away to hidden leaf village and hides in abandon store no one bought so no one knows hes there altho the town knows he goes around stealing not much else is known his/her age is about 5-7

so a mother charter is what this lil child will need to set he/she stright the child is both samurai and ninja and i think sakura would make a good mother charter for him and the meeting could be in the hospital pherhapes a speacil one for holding ninja prisoners / petty ninja thives wich the child would count as and i can see such a place haveing a childs ward as well as most children start ninja training at a young age how ever the child would technicly be a prisoner so mabyrestrints of sorts and some mittens to keep him from usen jitsus?
