Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

But I don't really have much purpose in making a competitive team since I don't really go to tournaments or have dozens or friend in real life who do the same. >w>'
If I knew how to hack Pokemon games, I'd probably wonder trade stuff like that, just to be nice to people. >w<
But, it's a good thing I can't, or else I'd be forever corrupted in making perfect Pokemon with little effort, and it's more satisfying to do so the natural way.
Still, I looked up a video yesterday before going to be about IV breeding, and it's...not too hard to understand, but requires a lot of patience and a bit of memory. >_<'
So...I randomly was playing Pokemon Y with my friend's 3DS, and using my copy of the game, and I randomly started wonder trading. Of course, nothing too exciting, but I traded a level 1 Bulbasaur that I think I was trying to breed...and I ended up getting a level 94 shiny Rhyperior. And I feel really guilty for giving back a really shitty Pokemon in comparison. >w>'
EVs I get; fight certain Pokemon to get a boost in certain stats, and you can only have 510 on each pokemon. IVs...it's like a mathematical formula you have to solve to figure out how "perfect" you Pokemon is when hatched or something.
