I am thinking that the person gets diapered 24/7, isn't allowed to use the bathroom at all, and has to wear them everywhere, and the mother has no intention on stopping anytime soon

I was thinking of two ideas for it
Either my character wishes for no responsibilities which leads to him diapered or he wishes for a world of adventures for him to explore and the wish gets turned around so that he gets the world he wished for by your character is the one who gets to do all the cool adventure stuff and mine just ends up being put in diapers as the baby sidekick.
