But that depends on how you feel. At 3, you're on the edge of potty training itself, and have more agency. At 2, you have less responsibilities, but that means you're trusted with less as well.
You need to decide your own little age. (I am sorry that you had a poor experience with Cushies. I still think they're top of the line stuff though. : / ) -
