Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Thinking it'd start the begining of the month, allowing her ample time to get time primed. As for the opening, I'd say a late night viewing, and falling asleep with it on.
Hmm, well, I suppose maybe the power to blend with shadows? And I'd prefer having her appear as humanoid version of herself, showing more of her true self as she gets her clutches deeper in my character.
That sealed in the moon thing works. I'm thinking perhaps the nightmare night works to her advantage because of lunar alignments. And I'd prefer pony, with my character staying human. And as for age, staying the same at first, but slowly going down as an effect of alicorn milk.
Hmm..what about "a baby reborn by the moon"? For the name. And I agree with the idea of separation and the more mature version. Maybe we could incorporate the type of thing in dimensional with the baby dreams, as to start it in earth, with NMM watching his regression during the day through the tv, before snatching him on holloween, aka nightmare night.
So basically people can get implants to use certain kind of 'magic'? Like one lets you bend light and create illusions, one lets you control heat to conjure flames, one lets you control atoms to control the elements? You mean like something like that?
