Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

-3, one from the time in diaper, -1 from the milk, and -1 from your -1 str mod. You still would have pass the check no matter what. And yes, drinking more milk would change what penalty you would have to the roll.
Well likely -4, you have -1 for all the negative ability score modifiers you have when you make the check. (Just a -1 str mod), -2 from wearing a diaper for 2 hours, and a -1 consumable mod from the milk you drank. Of course, things might change before you get to your next check.
Yes, well you roll a 1d100+5 with a -1 penalty for each hour of wearing and a -1 for each point of negative ability score modifier and whatever your consumables penalty is. Any positive number is a success.

I would say that it was a bit odd that Zara took offense when Kalla giggled at her dress. Maybe you can explain it, but that's the kind of response I would expect from someone who's very insecure, or at least doesn't want to be in the dress. I would think Zara would be confused as to why she was giggling.
A little nitpick, and I can't tell you how to play your character. Maybe you can explain it better, but it was something I found a bit odd.
