Yes, your descriptions were really impressive! I thought about making a document so to keep track of all the outfits Gary and Ash are 'collecting' during their journey, and I pretty much copied them because they were just that good!

And thank you so much, I'm glad you like my work even if it's really amateurish! And even more that you like the idea behind the costumes. Also, I tried to have a good balance between making them elegant and 'evil looking' and, at the same time, a little bit silly. I can tell you that when Joshua will see those puffy trousers on the grunts he'll definetely go pantsing them XD.

So, going back to the very beginning, about the nicknames for the twins, I hope all this talk about the evil team helped you coming up with a theme. I'm thinking about calling Richard with something Moon-based on the Greek mythology.

Yeah, that sounds good to me! Of course we'll have Vince and Joshua embarrass them in many different ways, spanking and wedgies just being two examples, but I absolutely love your idea of forcing them to wear their region's youngsters outfit! That's brilliant, and will show everyone who's really the boss! Still, I was thinking about those characters to reappear in the final battle too, instead of being sent home: just picture it, Vince and Joshua standing in front of an 'army' of overgrown boys still in their Youngster uniforms, which they kept wearing because they're too scared of making Vince and Joshua mad!

Oh, don't worry, I prefer words to describe things much more then pictures! That's why I loved all the care you put in describing Ash and Gary's sissies outfits instead of just sending me the pictures, as it was a wonderful read and made the picture much stronger. So don't worry, I didn't draw this just to put in the RP like "here, that's how a grunt looks like, moving on", I just did because I was trying to think about a 'theme' for the Team and wanted to see if that would've looked good.

First thing first, as you can see, I'm completely unable to draw realistic hands or feet, for that matter XD. Also, it's the first time I tried to digital coloring a draw, so I hope you didn't throw up in front of it.

I thought about making Team Eclipse look like nobles or aristocrats from the 16th/17th century, that's why I gave them the cravat, the 'puffy' pants, the shoulder capelet and so on. Being grunts, they are dressed like 'lower' nobles, and I was thinking about having the higher-ups show much richer outfits and for the twins something truly 'regal'; the two masks (themed after the sun and the moon too) pretty much 'standardize' their looks.

Also, on the left, that's the symbol/crest of Team Eclipse.

Awesome! I'm glad you like the idea of this cameos, I think it'll make things funnier and also add much more variety to the story. Speaking of which, should we have Vince and Joshua beat them too? Like at their first meeting or before departing they have a Pokemon battle that ends with the youngsters winning and then humiliating them? Like they did with Ash and Gary, spanking them, wedging them, whatever?

Also, going back to Team Eclipse, last week I did some drawings about the grunts in my free time, as I thought it'd have been fun. Huge disclaimer: I'm not a good artist, not even in the slightest, but if you want I could show you the 'final sheet' just so that you could picture them too.

Holy Smokes! I can't believe it, I have a soft spot for the second movie too! And as a kid Lawrence III's flying palace was so incredible to my little eyes, I loved both the exterior with the metal propellers and towers, and the interior with the large halls and ceilings. Similarly, I really loved Zero and his airship in the Giratina and the Sky Warrior movie, as they were really cool. So flying fortress for Team Eclipse is! We'll give them something that'll make the Palamecia one from Final Fantasy XIII look like child's play!

The idea of having the twins recruit trainers from other regions too is wonderful! That will make Team Eclipse an even bigger threat as it could also endanger other regions in its evil plot. And the idea about members for other villain teams if fantastic too: to be fair, to come up with their plan, I took inspirations from those teams and put them together (stealing Pokemon like Team Rocket, endangering the environment like Team Acqua/Magma, wanting to summon something beyond the universe itself like Team Galactic and so on).

That makes me think, we could have characters from other games pop up in here too! We could either have the main protagonists (Red, Gold, Ethan...) appear in the story, or/and other actual characters like Gladion or Silver and so on. Those characters would either be investigating Team Eclipse on behalf of their regions, or who knows, maybe joined it for whatever reasons we want!

I'm so glad you're liking this idea! And I have to say, your idea about the big final battle is fantastic too, I love it! It's perfect: Team Eclipse and the twins almost ready to summon Luxor when all the major forces of the region arrive to stop them in a last, big effort! The Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, Officers Jenny and the police, everyone will have to fight together to stop them! An epic battle of gigantic proportions in which, despite everyone's efforts, the twins' strenght and skills will be way above all of them so that it'll be up to Vince, Joshua, Ash and Gary to stop them in the final round!

That makes me think, we could have the four Team Eclipse higher-ups being former famous trainers that the twins defeated in the past and have recruited for their plan, either willingly or unwillingly, and the grunts being also former trainers but less skilled, who are simply manipulated by them.

I was also thinking about what kind of secret base to give to Team Eclipse, as we're talking about it. I'm currently torn between a proper palace, a castle they've took over in secret or built, or a flying giant blimp, as nothing shouts 'evil lair of doom' like a flying fortress XD. Do you have any suggestions about that?

Robin and Richard, I like it: they have a nice ring together! For the Sun nickname, if it can help you deciding what sort of idea or theme you want to base it on, here's what I came up for the evil team plot:

When I was a kid, on every major Pokemon forum over here in Italy there were talks about this incredible legendary Pokemon called Luxor. It was, of course, a fakemon, but there were walkthroughs on how to catch it in Gold/Silver/Crystal, Fire Red and even Platinum. The general 'theme' for Luxor was that it was an incredibly evil and dangerous creature that came in a comet from outer space landed on the Pokemon world: in one story it completely destroyed the Miltank Farm in Johto, in another Celestic Town and Canalave City in Sinnoh. Everytime the player would've seen people and Pokemon running away from those places and hear dialogues like: "Run! Luxor the Devourer is here!" or "Luxor follows your steps!" and so on. Even if the player was able to catch it, all of the other Pokemon the team would disappear, 'eaten' by Luxor.

So, my idea for the evil team is this. The two twin bosses discovered this legendary Pokemon called Luxor, an evil presence in ancient tales and stories that people say came from outside the world and tried to consume everything in Hoshira. Being a Pokemon completely different from any other, coming from outside the universes and the Ultra Space created by Arceus, the twins want to call him back to their reality because, if they could tame it and catch it, that would put them on another level even compared to other legendary trainers and so on, making them the strongest and best trainers ever. To do so, however, they need to catch as many Pokemon as possible and 'offer' them to Luxor, to feed him that much to appear again, and have to wait for a specific alignment of stars that only appears once every many thousands of years for a very brief moment. That's where the 'eclipse' theme comes from, as the ancient stories they discovered said that Luxor first appeared from a comet during an eclipse, and that his role is to 'eclipse' every ray of light and devour everything in his path.

So, they created Team Eclipse to have the manpower and the organization necessary to catch, or steal, at least one kind of each Pokemon in the entire region of Hoshira, including legendaries and every variation of Pokemon. They'd eradicate all the Pokemon from a specific area, steal them from trainers and so on, becoming a threat so dangerous for everyone in the region even without people knowing their plan to summon Luxor again. When that gets revealed, however, Vince and Joshua and their little brothers and whoever will help them will have not only to save the captured Pokemon, but also stop their 'massive call' and avoid Luxor's summoning.

Sorry if it's another pointlessly convoluted backstory, but when I was a kid I really liked Luxor's stories and came up with something similar. Of course, this is just the groundwork, I'm completely open to suggestions and ideas!

Wow! That's an amazing idea! To be completely honest, I didn't even thought about them changing their names and such: you're a genius, my friend!

Well, if we'll just need their regular names to allow Vince and Joshua to talk about them, I think I'll name my 'Moon' twin Richard. As for his new identity he'll use to introduce himself later, I'll have to think about it for a little longer...

Also, sorry if my last reply was a little longer than usual. I tried to think about the secret bases in Pokemon ORAS to describe the youngster's one, and I hope I didn't make it too messy with the decorations. Of course, if you want to introduce other items or things then please do!

So, just one thing then: how should we call said twins? When we split the evil team, which is based on the "eclipse" theme, you said you'd like to have the 'Sun' twin boss: what name would you like for him to have?

I've got this idea flying around for a while, and if you don't mind I'd like to ask you what you think about it.

We thought, a while ago, to have two twins as the leaders of the evil team in this story, and have them being around the same age of Ash and Gary or a little older. That'd make them older than Vince and Joshua, and that's what I was thinking:

What if, when we'll reach the youngster's secret hideout, we'll have there a huge collection posters, cards, trophies and whatever of two prodigious twin trainers who Vince and Joshua idolize so much, the reason why the started their journey so early was to imitate those two twins which, around the same age, became legendary trainers who did amazing things (completing Pokedexes, winning Leagues and so on) before embarking in a new adventure and disappearing?

Only for, later down the RP when our protagonists will meet the evil team leaders, to discover that the legendary twins they idolized so much had become the criminal minds behind all the chaos the evil team is causing around? So that not only Vince and Joshua will have to save the day and stop the evil team, but even fight against their heroes and overcome them?

I mean, I don't know how important this kind of 'backstory' actually is, but I like to come up with this kind of things XD. Still, if you don't like it, feel free to scrap it.
