Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

So as to who would use them, I'm thinking that parents having them might be a tough sell. Maybe the mob uses them to turn people that takes them to adult baby slaves who'll pay high money to sell to people to care for them like they are?
Hmm...drugs might be the best way here. Also I want your thoughts on another effect, females would also lose around 3/4ths of their breast size so they'll be fine without wearing bras. Would that be fine with you?
Well the rough idea is that it's a world where some people have something done to them that makes them lose much of what they've learned as they were growing up. Skills like potty training, how to read and do math, and change clothing will not only be lost but they'll be unable to gain them back. At that point they would be mostly treated as babies by their new caretakers.
