Yeah it does like she went to jail in her last series so it picks up a year after that and she ends up getting stuck in a universe where she's the Green Goblin and after that she deals with the fact Spider-Man Noir and Spider-UK died and she feels like death just follows Gwen Stacy around.
Also by the end of Spider-Geddon she's the only Spider who can travel to other universes now
The main Spider-Geddon and Covert Ops have lots of Spider-Mans and women interacting with each other.
Gwens book she only really talks with Spider-Ham and 616 Peter and a hallucination of UK.
And one moment she Talks to Lady Spider to tell her UK died

I got Spider-Geddon covert Ops which is the tie ins for it and i got Spider-Gwen Ghost-Spider Vol 1 which is the start of her new series and is also a tie in to Spider-Geddon.
And last i got Miles Morales vol 1 which is his current series and is set after Spider-Geddon
