Her Call sign when on missions is "Incendiary", her suit is a mix of Batman's suit, without the cape Deathstroke's mask, her suit also has a hood, like Green Arrow, and like the Emerald Archer she has a quiver, with different types of arrows and bolts, and a secondary crossbow. her belt has her two holsters, and both are custom made with scopes, she is also trained in different forms of hand to hand combat. Her latest achievement is joining a local band as it's rythm guitarist, this ban plays heavy rock and country among others, so she can maintain a public image and not be known as an assassin like Deathstroke.

Deathstroke told her that the deaths of both her parents was unintentional and unnecessary and taking her into his care was to repent his guilty mind over both deaths when only 1 had to die, not both. This showed her that he did have a heart, as little as he used it, the mission comes first, but as she learned from Red X, sometimes, the hero has to come out, and she has fought along side the Titans on several occassions, but only when it was convient.

her Dislikes include the Titans, Criminals like her, murderers, the HIVE, aliens, seeing children hurt or bullied, seeing others taken advantage of and used, and other misfortunes. So she is in fact a tragic person, and in one mission she chased her first target to the local chemical plant and brought him to her surrogate father. Although she had been exposed to a piece of meteor which powered the plant, and she discovered that she now had powers of fire, and the angrier she got her powers got stronger. She realized she could be very dangerous to everyone and everything around her and now meditates to keep herself calm and sometimes has to look away from the suffering of others to keep her anger and powers in check.

Well I've read things like it before, and now it sort of bores me, my Teen Titans OC is a tragic figure, She was raised by Deathstroke, after he murdered her parents in a deal gone sour, when one was his target and the other died by accident. Her name is Victoria, she is 5 foot 7 inches, and one hundred and twenty five pounds, her eyes are jade green and her hair is jet black, her weapon of choice is a compound bow, but she also carries a pair of Colt Revolvers and several combat knives. she is 16 years old, she likes to train, read in libraries, visit her parents graves, go to parks, go the beach, most animals, except insects, she's a fan of spiders, and just wander around the city.

though I'm currently designing a Teen Titans OC, to use in RP's I'll post her Bio and costume when it's done.
