It's endearing though; kinda gives me the vibe that Myx might end up panicking Clark and Linda, ya know just randomly saying "Ok, I'm stealing this one, they're cute! =D"

Yeah, sorry; I spend way too much time on TVtropes--I guess the lingo just sort of seeps in after a while XD; It was still so cute; kinda got the vibe Myx wanted to steal him though. Not for any sinister purpose; he just seemed like he wanted a nephew. XD; That's cute in it's own right!

But the show just made me laugh XD I dunno it's just...it is. It's fun, the story holds up, but I'm looking at it and just kinda giggling XD;

Mm; how about this for a compromise--rather than a whole other universe coming into play, we bring in that version of Mxyzptlk to cause a little mayhem for the Super-kids? Ya know something to...rile up the situation somehow I guess?

That'd be so cool! Ooh! Like high chairs! And maybe a baby bouncer if ever one of 'em is fussy and won't take their nap? They can have something to be bounced in and cooed over! And we gotta get 'em a playpen to crawl around in; with how much trouble these two get into! XD

I suddenly have the mental image of Kon running up to Kara with the red Kryptonite all "It's not gonna affect me! I'm just a clone!" and then he's just wrong. He's so wrong and they're so affected. XD

Awesome! I can't wait to search up both of those episodes--they sound adorable and awesome!

Soon, I reckon: hmm...Hear me out a sec:

If this tailor is definitely 100% trust worthy (Maybe an old man whom Clark saved along with his family? A really kindly old soul, ya know?) what if, instead of going shopping they bring the tailor to the house to get Kon and Kara measured for clothes? And, better yet, he's already got a few things in stock that he brought with him to show--just simple things, onesies and booties and stuff and maybe that could tide them over until they get a chance to go shopping properly for day wear? ('cos overalls are back in fashion for girls and boys--that's half a problem solved, right? ) The farm I reckon we just bring in as soon as possible though--maybe it's going cheap due to unforseen circumstances on the seller's part?

Maybe they could even find the red kryptonite in that back yard? o.o

Sure! I'd love to see it; from what I've heard those old eps do have a pretty classy charm about 'em--I think it'd be awesome to see!

On your point about kids and impulse control though, I think that sums up why I love Kon as a character in the old comics: he was in this odd place--all the snark and bravado of a teen and yet, when ya boiled it down and -looked- at his behaviour, he was literally a toddler having fun with life. It was actually pretty inspiring; but way more adorable if you analyse it...but then that kinda does give a tearful element when you realise he's latched on to...'not so great' influences, at first, just to feel wanted :<

I'd love to play that side of him out is what I'm getting at: as long as you're cool with him coming up equal parts a cute/needy baby and an insecure little hellion? XD;

I feel like I need to see that episode now; something about that has just piqued my curiosity and I get the feeling I can use it for inspiration XD

Well, looking over your idea, I realised: if it's their 'true nature' then would that also bring like insecurities up to the surface? Would Kon be more inclined to call Clark 'Daddy' and want his pacifier or bottle, then throw a tantrum because he's annoyed at himself for doing it? Which just ends up making him want his bottle more? That kinda reaction?

Dude...that is genius! God, I never even thought about the psychological effects of some Kryptonite species: alright, so it'd basically up their ego's? Sort of like a...a bit of a confidence boost? Do they rip off their diapers and run off? End up, say, with a bit more pride and bolster--harrassing rather than helping?

Or is it, like, they're more prone to tantrums and feel more 'kid like' (as they are, really, but always putting a mask over it)? Like running off and having -way- less impulse control that can get them into some hairy situations? 'cos that's actually cuter now that I think about it XD;
