Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

It’s not that I don’t like them, it’s that I want to try something new. I get the nicety of redoing something but slightly different, I just want to try a new concept.
I’ve seen a lot where he IS in London and have always wanted to try one where he stayed in the jungle. Sorry, I just it would be interesting to see the other animals treat him differently learning he’s wearing something made for human babies.
For Tarzan, maybe they stay on the island and Jane wants to diaper Tarzan so he doesn’t make a mess everywhere? I don’t have any real ideas for Pocahontas.
I was thinking about a swap device.
It allows the protagonist to trade traits between any 2 people. He uses it to slowly swap with his little sister.
Or
After tge protag has a hissy fit about how he HATES giving his sister hand me downs. He ends up in a reality that is the reverse. Where he's expected to inherent all her hand me ups.
Or
The protag gets a book that can reshape reality and uses it to mess with his family
