Jonathan Joestar, known by his friends and loved ones as JoJo for short, had just defeated his foster brother and former friend Dio. But his troubles were far from over. The ship he was on was swarming with monsters, and only his wife Erina and the baby girl they had just rescued were still living. He needed to get them and himself to safety, and fast.

Erina was huddled with the child, trying to inch her way closer to the lifeboats.

Jonathan hastily yet carefully led her there, killing any monster that got in his way or went anywhere near his wife and the baby girl. Soon enough, they reached the bay.

Erina smiled a bit as they got inside and prepped to launch the lifeboat.

Once Jonathan made sure his wife and the baby were secure, he prepared to climb in alongside her. But just before he did, there was a huge explosion. It knocked Jonathan off his feet and made him hit his head against the side of the lifeboat, knocking him out.

Erina pulled her husband to safety, glad to see that he was still alive. It was up to her to get them to safe harbor.

A couple hours after the ship exploded, they were picked up by an American vessel in international waters.

JoJo eventually woke up, his body wracked with pain.

He was in the medical bay, surrounded by his wife and nurses. He was naked except for a certain article of clothing.

JoJo noticed. "What happened to me?" he asked weakly.
